With this novel, the author introduces readers to a new detective. Miloš is more modern, maybe more “American”, but also more mysterious, complex and far from perfect. Whenever the opportunity arises, he has no problem letting his fists do the talking. He is in the middle of a divorce and sometimes he also lies. Miloš must deal with the murder of a young Italian, a homosexual. Is it a crime of passion? Perhaps it is the result of predjudice against people of other sexual orientations?
