In the sequel to Who’s to Blame for Winter being White, we meet Emil, a curious and lively boy who is often told by adults that he is mischievous. But he doesn’t like that label very much and prefers to play superheroes with his dad. Emil’s faithful companion is Scruffy the puppy, who always has to be part of the action, especially at Emil’s birthday party. Continuing the series of stories about Eva, author Neli K. Filipić has aimed this story more at boys and created a character who is interested in everything, has a highly developed imagination and loves to help, even if he sometimes gets things wrong.
