      The poems are accompanied by writings that shed light on the details of her life, highlighting the spiritual relationship and valuable friendship between Lilijana Jarh and Neža Maurer that has been going on for forty years. The text does not follow neither a chronological nor linear order. The poetic language alternates with uttered or written descriptions, and memory, which is a lot more fragile, lacking and unreliable than one would care to admit, with literary creativity. Reality paints the backdrop onto which memory modifies what was experienced and declares itself the new author of a life experience. Thus the story becomes only one of the versions, a personal perspective that influences the content and, once again, ( un) intentionally transforms what was felt.
